"My stay there was wonderful. The staff service are great, however the bell boy took a long time to bring the luggages to the rooms. The interior of the hotel and rooms are gorgeous. Design by Phillpe Stark. Cost of the room is slightly expensive but worth it as it is near many malls and good restaurants. The hotel is also near many attractions like Farmer's market, Hollywood and many more. By taxi is the best way to travel around. Hire for taxi is relatively easy and fast. The valet service is effecient. My overall stay there has been wonderful."

"It was a memorable experience. No matter how busy the city of Los Angeles was stepping back into the hotel meant peace, calm and relaxation. And refreshing to face another LA day. Conceierge is great to get you shows in the area. Stand up comedy, plays etc. "

"This hotel surpassed our expectations . The employees take care of any needs, even when I left my purse and needed it taxied to the airport. The location is walking distance to trendy restaurants, shops, and points of interest. The sustainability details are well thought out and work beautifully with the environment."

"First, during check-in the front desk staff wasn’t able to find our reservation. When she finally found the reservation she did a quick check-in, offered a bottle of water or champagne. Thereafter, she provided us with a map of the resort without any further explanation of the facilities and restaurants. Once we got to our room the WiFi wasn’t working. We spoke to the IT department 3 times before a front desk staff offered to give us another room. When I initially made the reservation for this resort it included breakfast. No where on the reservation nor when we checked in was specified that breakfast was a $60USD resort credit which didn’t cover the cost. Also, I sent an email to restaurant reservation via Opentable stating my dietary restrictions due to my pregnancy. No one ever got back to me. When I checked in I had to chase them up 3 times since we had booked Mar’sel for NYE dinner and the menu was a preset menu for the evening. Overall service was bad for a 5 star resort. "
