It's really, really huge, so it's difficult when you have a lot of luggage when taking an Uber. It took almost 15 minutes from the rideshare location to the lobby. I almost wanted to give up pushing the suitcase to the lobby because the hotel is so vast. Despite that, it was incredibly luxurious, spacious, and clean, and the jacuzzi was excellent. The view was of the construction site for the Hard Rock Hotel, though.

“No better place to be in Vegas ”
We absolutely loved our stay at Caesars Palace! Honestly, we barely needed to leave because everything we wanted and needed was right there. And when we did go out, we actually ended up coming back because Omnia was so much better than the other nightclub we visited! A huge thank you to Lucie at check-in — she was amazing. Even though we were only staying one night, she made us feel so welcomed, gave us great recommendations, and offered us a room upgrade for a very reasonable fee. Her warm and friendly energy really set the tone for our stay. The casino environment was incredible too. At first it was a little overwhelming because the property is so huge, but the staff were so warm, friendly, and completely non-judgmental that we actually wanted to gamble more haha. The security team also deserves recognition because we got lost trying to find our room multiple times (it’s VERY easy to get lost here haha), and every single person was patient and helpful. My only complaint would be that I wish the pool hours were longer because we never actually got a chance to experience the pool area. Overall, such a fun, exciting, and welcoming experience — we would definitely come back!
